All Alright - Fun.

Here is a fun little ditty by Fun. This song is actually available as the free download of the week through iTunes.

Fun.’s “At Least I’m Not As Sad (As I Used To Be)” from their 2009 album Aim and Ignite was the first song I have ever posted on this blog. Their new album Some Nights is available for free streaming over at their website. It is pretty infectious. 

We Are Young (featuring Janelle Monáe) - Fun.

Here is another infectious little ditty from their upcoming album. Also apparently Janelle Monáe is planning on releasing two albums in 2012. I’m also stoked by this as well.

One Foot - Fun.

I started this blog on Janurary 6th and the first song I ever posted was Fun.’s “At Least I’m Not As Sad (As I Used To Be)” . A year later to celebrate my one year anniversary, I decided to post another Fun. song Be Calm. So with this being the two year anniversary I’m going to keep the tradition going. This infectious little ditty is from Fun.’s upcoming new album Some Nights which is set to be released on February 21, 2012. This has to be one of my most anticipated albums of 2012.

Fun. - Be Calm

I know I missed the boat by not posting this yesterday, but I just realized that I started my blog on January 6th/2010. My very first post was Fun.’s “At Least I’m Not As Sad (As I Used To Be)” from their August 25th, 2009 release Aim and Ignite. In honor of that I decided I would post another Fun. ditty from the same album.

Also I would like to thank everyone that has started following me throughout the year, and we are looking forward of another year of posting here on Tumblr.

Also the more I think of it Be Calm could serve me well as a belated New Year resolution. For 2011 I’m going to be calm.

The 1st time I heard this song I was instantly in love. It is a heavenly lo-fi hybrid of sunny 70’s pop & modern indie rock. I am looking forward to discovering more of this New York Indie Rock trio music. I’m digging it.
