Wednesday Nights - Sleepercar
This was a side project of one of the founding member’s of At The Drive-In, Jim Ward. It didn’t seem to get the same attention as other At The Drive-In related projects like Sparta & The Mars Volta, but that is somewhat unfortunate. I’ve seen Sleepercar live in 2008 opening for City and Colour at Massey Hall. Jim Ward’s microphone ended up cutting out during this song, so Jim Ward just stepped away from the Mic and he was able to perfectly project into the audience. It was one of the most impressive things that I’ve seen.
