Their full length self titled debut set the bar so high that it would be hard to top. But with this album the band successfully accomplished that feat. Just like the previous album it possess a timeless sound and impeccable vocal harmonies. Without losing what made the band so endearing to begin with, Robin Pecknold’s song writing has definitely matured. The album is bit darker in nature, but it does not alienate and does not lose it’s beauty. Absolutely breathtaking.
